Quality Testing Process
We take multiple quality inspection processes, each process is to better ensure the quality of our ropes
Outdoor test
The complex outdoor environment can better test the quality of the rope.
Simulate the actual use environment of the rope, put the rope in the seawater soaking, hot sun exposure, record the service life of the rope.
Abrasion resistance test
It is inevitable that the rope will wear out during use.
Our ropes are subjected to rigorous abrasion resistance tests.
UV test
UV exposure seriously affects the life of the rope.
Our ropes are tested in UV testing equipment.
Tension test
